ErgoMove drive concepts for safely moving heavy loads

ErgoMove drive unit

The ErgoMove drive units consist of brushless DC motors in various performance classes and two driven, load-bearing fixed castors. The integrated motorised castor wheels support the ergonomic movement and manoeuvring of heavy loads and ensure high efficiency in internal transport. Only the compact ErgoBoost series relies on a single, non-load-bearing fixed castor.

In combination with Blickle premium treads, the driven fixed castors ensure optimal traction on a wide variety of surfaces. The electric drive systems facilitate steering, improve manoeuvrability, and support the safe braking of heavy loads using electromechanical parking brakes. Depending on the version, thrust forces of 15 daN to 110 daN per motor are available. For towing applications, solutions with a recuperation function are also available, allowing the batteries to be recharged while driving.

ErgoMove 1000

  • Two electrically driven fixed castors
  • High-quality polyurethane floor covering Blickle Besthane® Soft (75 Shore A)
  • Very comfortable ride thanks to particularly thick, elastic tread
  • Very floor-friendly, non-marking, low-noise running
  • Housing made of robust cast iron, electrogalvanized, blue passivated, Cr6-free
  • Brushless DC motor
  • Thrust force 30 daN per motor used
  • Protection class IP 40, IP 44 on request

Variant 1 ErgoMove 1000: For up to 1,000 kilograms system load at 4 km/h

Can be combined with the Operation concept ergonomic cockpit

  • Maximum safety thanks to electromechanical parking brake (dead man's function)

 

ErgoMove 1000T drive roller
Variant 2 ErgoMove 1000T: For up to 1,000 kilograms system load, towable up to 10 km/h

Can be combined with the Operation concept ergonomic cockpit

  • Trailing design as a double roller
  • Without electromechanical parking brake (without dead man's function)
  • Automatic detection of towing operation

 

ErgoMove 2000
