Individual ErgoMove software configuration
By customizing the ErgoMove software, certain operating and driving modes such as driving speed or starting and braking behaviour can be set individually.
Special ambient conditions
Special surface coatings or stainless materials are used for wet or outdoor applications. The IP protection classes can also be adapted to ensure the longevity of the products even under adverse operating conditions.
System integration
Electric machines and systems often require that electric drive systems can be integrated into their system and networked mechanically. ErgoMove is ready for integration. It can be operated with existing energy sources. The ErgoMove rechargeable batteries can also be used for other peripheral devices.
Special chassis requirements
A perfectly matched chassis consisting of powered fixed castors and swivel castors is the basis of every ErgoMove solution. Thanks to the almost limitless variety of Blickle castors and rollers, the right products can be found for all other requirements in addition to those offered in the standard range, for example for improved traction, noise reduction, electrical conductivity or even castors for rail operation.
Difficult floor conditions
Uneven surfaces can have a negative impact on the driving stability and traction of the driven wheels. Special spring units as accessories provide a remedy here and ensure safe handling.
