Control concept Flex
For the ErgoMove 2000, 2000T, 4000 and 4000 Inox series
This operating concept is characterized by its high robustness and high mechanical customizability and can therefore also be used flexibly in very special applications.
Variant 1: Flex cockpit with one rotary encoder (-1FG)
- Simple operation (without steering assistance)
- Ideal for longer straight runs and rail applications
- Only available for ErgoMove 2000 and ErgoMove 2000T
Variant 2: Flex cockpit with two rotary encoders (-2FG)
- Simple operation including steering support
- Small turning radius due to differential control
- Selectable single or dual-hand operation
- Available for ErgoMove 2000, ErgoMove 2000T and ErgoMove 4000
Variant 3: Flex-Cockpit Remote Control (-RC)
- Wired cockpit for challenging visual conditions
- Provides better visibility of the application and the track while driving
- Carrying strap for easier handling of the cockpit (upon request)
- Only available for ErgoMove 4000
Variant 4: Flex-Cockpit Remote Control Inox (-RCX)
- Variant Flex-Cockpit Remote Control Inox
- Toggle switch for activating the electric brake release
- More corrosion-resistant and robust control elements
- Only available for ErgoMove 4000 Inox

- Li-ion battery, 21 Ah, 25 V
- Dimensions: 300 x 630 x 120 mm
- Optionally available with exchangeable battery box

- Made of stainless steel
- Corrosion-resistant hygienic screw connections
- Stainless steel mounting brackets
Installation instructions:
- Flex-Cockpit variant with 1 or 2 rotary encoders: mounting via clamps for tube diameters 33-36 mm; including cables to the control box (3 m)
