Ergonomic cockpit operating concept
For the ErgoMove 1000, 1000T and 2000P series
This operating concept is characterized by its very comprehensive safety technology and intuitive operation, enabling maximum ease of use.
Variant 1: Ergonomic-Cockpit with power sensor (-EG)
- Particularly intuitive operation thanks to integrated force sensors
- Even the slightest force applied by the operator to the cockpit is detected and transmitted to the drive castors
- Steering assistance in single/dual-hand operation
- Automatic detection of single/dual-hand operation
- Mounting via screw connections directly to the application or via a central adapter tube on the cart (available as an option)
Variant 2: Ergonomic-Cockpit with two rotary joysticks (-2FG)
- Operation via rotary encoder
- Precise maneuvering in single/dual-hand operation, straight-line driving in one-hand mode
- Ideal for longer straight-line driving and rail applications
- Automatic detection of single/dual-hand operation
- Mounting to existing trolley tubes using pipe clamps
Variant 3: SWITCH&MOVE (-SM-LC)
- Pluggable cockpit unit (EM-EG-SM-LC) that allows multiple chassis to be operated using a single cockpit
- High-quality plug-in connection with a locking clamp on the plug-in adapter (includes plastic cover)
- Reduced ErgoMove investment costs through the use of a single cockpit for multiple trolleys (cost savings starting with 3 systems)
- Optionally available in a variant with two rotary encoders (EM-2FG-SM-LC)
- Mounting via screw connections directly to the application or via a central adapter tube on the cart (available as an option)
Variant 4: Remote Control Pad (-RC-CP)
- Wired cockpit for challenging visibility conditions
- Provides a better view of the application and the route while driving
- Power supply unit mounted on the transport vehicles
- Available only for ErgoMove 2000P
- Mounts directly to the application using screws or to existing cart tubes using pipe clamps (available as an option)
Integrated into the cockpit:
- Control unit and two rechargeable batteries (18 V, 5.2 Ah)
- Pre-assembled cables (3 m each) to the drive rollers
- Anti-trap protection via force sensors or mushroom push-buttons
