With a bespoke ErgoMove 2000P solution, existing transport trolleys can be retrofitted to meet ergonomic requirements. This makes it much easier to manoeuvre components weighing up to 1,000 kg.
With the ErgoMove 1000 electric manoeuvring aid, even heavy kettle trolleys with a total weight of up to 700 kg can be moved ergonomically and safely between different production stations.
Thanks to a specially adapted ErgoMove 4000 solution, ystral can now move a 2.5-tonne process unit safely, ergonomically and precisely under cleanroom conditions with just one person.

The ErgoMove 4000 Inox was developed precisely for these applications: as a corrosion-resistant, modular stainless steel system with IP65 protection, which can be integrated compactly into new or existing transport equipment. This modular system solution combines high load capacity with a low mounting height, a design that is easy to clean and individually adjustable driving characteristics. This enables even heavy loads, liquids or sensitive materials to be moved in a controlled, safe and ergonomic manner – even in confined production areas and under demanding hygienic conditions.

The wired Flex-Cockpit Remote Control Inox provides a better view of the application whilst driving. It is fitted with two rotary encoders and, thanks to its carrying strap, can be carried easily, ergonomically and comfortably.
The product includes one left-hand and one right-hand castor. The castor is made from corrosion-resistant material and features a suspension system to compensate for uneven ground. Also available with a foot guard as an option.
