A leading global provider of electric transportation systems was looking for a solution to move its snack and beer trolley in an amusement park more ergonomically and efficiently. The challenge: a wide variety of terrain, changing weather conditions - and a high transport weight. The snack and beer trolley's journey through the amusement park is anything but a walk in the park. Until now, employees have had to make great efforts every day to maneuver the loaded trolley. The standard plastic or rubber casters used reached their limits on the challenging surface. The result: a great deal of effort, physical strain, jammed trolleys and frustration within the team.

Blickle solved the challenge with the ErgoBoost electric drive system, an electrically driven fixed caster with intelligent control. Thanks to "plug & play" installation, the system could be easily retrofitted to the existing trolley. The ergonomic operating concept with compact handle and rotary travel sensor enables precise steering, even on uneven terrain. Four high-quality elastic solid rubber wheels ensure quiet running, excellent traction and perfect driving comfort.

Since the ErgoBoost system was installed, the situation for employees has fundamentally improved. Moving the beer trolley now requires hardly any physical effort.
